1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Ephrathar Carmel, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the Legal Centre. You must provide accurate information and have legal capacity to enter the relevant transaction. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
2. Accounts and approved roles
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Partner roles require a separate Ephrathar Carmel application and approval. Approval may be refused, limited, suspended or withdrawn where information cannot be verified, standards are not met, or continued access creates risk to customers or the marketplace.
Customers see customer features. Approved partners see only the workspaces associated with their approved roles. An account must not impersonate another person or misrepresent a business.
3. Ephrathar Carmel’s marketplace role
Ephrathar Carmel provides marketplace technology, records, payment coordination, messaging, moderation and customer support. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, the vendor, host or service provider supplies the product, accommodation or service and remains responsible for its accuracy, legality, quality, staffing, taxes and fulfilment.
Approval is a marketplace decision, not a professional guarantee. Customers should review listing details, ask relevant questions and use reasonable judgment.
4. Products, prices and orders
Vendors control product descriptions, inventory, prices, variants, delivery areas and delivery charges, subject to Ephrathar Carmel review. A submitted order may contain products from different vendors and is separated into vendor-specific fulfilment records.
An order is confirmed only when the platform displays the relevant confirmation and any required payment succeeds. Obvious pricing, inventory or technical errors may be corrected before fulfilment, with the customer offered an appropriate refund where payment was already received.
5. Stays, moving, cleaning and design
Hosts set property availability, occupancy rules, rates and house requirements. A booking is not secured until the host accepts where acceptance is required and the required payment is completed. Guests must provide accurate guest details and follow lawful property and identity-check procedures.
Service providers and designers submit their own quotes. The customer selects a quote and pays through the platform where payment is enabled. Scope changes should be recorded in Ephrathar Carmel messaging before additional work begins.
6. AI Remodel
AI Remodel generates visual concepts from customer images and instructions. Results may contain inaccuracies and must not be treated as architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, quantity-surveying or safety advice. Credits or complimentary generations are governed by the balance shown in the customer account. Technical failures may be restored according to the platform’s credit rules.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Ephrathar Carmel to commit fraud, harass another person, evade platform fees, exchange unlawful payment instructions, upload content you do not have permission to use, compromise platform security, scrape data, manipulate reviews or interfere with another user’s transaction.
Marketplace messages may be reviewed where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, support or dispute resolution.
8. Responsibility and service availability
Ephrathar Carmel will use reasonable care in operating the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every partner will accept a request. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, Ephrathar Carmel is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for a partner’s act outside Ephrathar Carmel’s reasonable control. Each party remains responsible for direct loss caused by its fraud, negligence, unlawful conduct or breach.
9. Suspension, disputes and governing law
Ephrathar Carmel may restrict an account, listing, payment or payout while investigating fraud, safety concerns, chargebacks, disputes or policy breaches. We will provide notice where reasonably possible and lawful.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through Ephrathar Carmel support. If resolution is not possible, Kenyan courts and any applicable statutory dispute process remain available.
